Living in Brisbane, Queensland.. I was one of the founding members of Women and Art (WandA) and participated in a number of interesting exhibitions with a highly motivated, interesting and switched -on group of fellow artists.
Art in the Park was a Sunday art market in front of the Queensland Art Gallery which always drew an interested and supportive crowd. Trips to Byron Bay to meet up with old friends and enjoy the laid back atmosphere were always delightfull. Strong colours and the use of vertical and horizontal lines begins to filter into my work.
