Never Too Old To Be Reborn

The splayed legs suggest that visceral place. The woman in a foetal position, alert and solid. This work describes when we become more conscious of the process of becoming more ourselves as we get older. We birth ourselves with each passing birthday. The environment is reddish, tumultuous and warm as is the environment from which all things are born. The suggestion of a person who encompasses her, in an embrace, is the ghost of memories. The union from which the child was conceived and born.
